Mark Boyer serves as Managing Principal of Five Companies. Mark founded Boyer, Inc. in 1986 as an electrical construction company, and it quickly grew into a unique and adaptable civil contractor that provides a wide range of expanding services. Boyer has a company-wide focus of delivering safe and high-quality projects on time and within budget and has developed the reputation for delivering some of the most difficult infrastructure projects to the public sector.
With Mark’s complex knowledge of construction concepts, he is responsible for planning and directing all construction related functions for the company. On each project, he adheres to schedules and budgets and manages customer satisfaction. Mark provides constructability review throughout the design development drawings and works with the owner and engineers to assure good values are incorporated into the design. He oversees work plan development and cost monitoring controls to effectively manage project during construction phase.
